Three ways to start the conversation.

Email

info@keosetech.com

Best for a detailed first message, especially if you want to include attachments or screenshots.

WhatsApp

@keosetech

Best for quick, phone-based contact if you would rather message than write a long email.

Signal

@Keose.91

Best if you are facing advanced threats such as state or state-sponsored groups.

If something is happening right now, message us on any channel and mark it urgent — we prioritise active incidents. If you're ever in immediate physical danger, contact the police first.

Contacting us securely

Are you being stalked, threatened, or harassed?

Do you have reason to think the perpetrator may have put spyware on your devices, or have accessed your email account? If so, please follow the steps on the right to contact us securely.

  1. 01

    Get access to a different device

    Get access to the device of a trusted friend or colleague, or a computer at a local library.

  2. 02

    Contact us from that device

    If your friend or colleague agrees, feel free to use their email, WhatsApp or Signal account to contact us. Alternatively, create a new, free email address from that device.

  3. 03

    Sign out when you have finished

    If you've used a shared device such as a library computer, be sure to sign-out of the new account once you've finished, to prevent any other users of the device accessing it.
